Shayla is a native Texan, growing up just south of Fort Worth and graduating from Tarleton State University with a bachelor’s in Business Admin. Upon marrying Neil in 2013, Shayla jumped into the world of real estate and it quickly became her passion. She runs the day to day operations and tackles anything that needs to be done. She is likely the person that you’ll be talking to when you call in. She is always available to help and find the best possible solution for you.

Will Wright, a third-generation Realtor in Fort Worth has specialized in DFW valuations for over 10 years. In his tenure as Acquisition Manager, he’s valued thousands of homes, secured purchases, and opened new doors to homeownership in the DFW market as well as across the State of Texas. Will graduated from Texas A&M University where he studied Finance and Real Estate and also has a Masters from Southwestern. Will and his wife Bethe live in the Mid Cities with their young daughters, Wrenn and Mila where they enjoy serving at their church, riding bikes, and being outside.

Jose Berlanga has been in real estate for 10 years. Jose served in the United States Air Force for 5 years and transitioned into Residential Real Estates sales shortly after and now works as the Disposition Manager. Jose relocated his family from California to Texas in early 2023 to give his wife, Caitlin, and three daughters, Erin, Zoe, and Lilly, a better life and upbringing. Jose enjoys rucking in his free time and serving on his local church’s worship team as a guitar player.

Mark grew up in SW Pennsylvania, lived in Maryland, Kentucky, Arkansas and for the last 11 years has called Granbury home with his sweet wife of 19 years, Mona, and their 3 growing and busy boys; Gannon (17), Lincoln (15), Malachi (9). Mark was a high science school teacher and coach before spending the past 16 years in full-time pastoral ministry. Mark enjoys family time, exercising in order to keep up with the boys and cheering on the Pittsburgh Steelers.

With a background in non profit mgmt, social work, and ministry, Jennifer’s drive has always been about helping people. She’s no stranger to real estate, and grew up helping her parents manage their rental properties. She and her husband are real estate investors and her husband is a realtor. Before coming onboard with Four 19 Properties, Jen worked as a Transaction Coordinator for 5 years for several agents. When she’s not in the office, you can find her on a mini adventure with her young family.
